As a therapist with over 15 years of experience in diverse, clinical settings, I offer personalized, one-on-one support that is both collaborative and dynamic. My supervision style is grounded in practical guidance and real-world insight, with a focus on helping you grow into the clinician you aspire to be. My areas of specialty include anxiety, trauma and life transitions, drawing primarily from the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modality in both my clinical and supervisory work.

Rates: $80 per supervisory hour
