Rates

• $165 for 60 minute Initial Evaluation
• $155 for 60 minute Couples Session or Family Session
• $150 for 60 minute Individual Session

Insurances Accepted

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas

If I am out of network with your insurance provider, I can supply you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
